Anti-DNMT3A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DNMT3A, supplied as an unconjugated reagent validated for western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of DNMT3A protein.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human DNMT3A. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95 percent by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 102 kDa. The product is supported by one scientific validation image.

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
