Anti-Dnmt1 (phospho pS714) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on serine 714 of human DNMT1, and designed to detect Dnmt1 phosphorylated at Ser714. It is supplied as an unconjugated liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody reacts with human samples.

Validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
