Anti-DNMT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to DNMT1, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 760–1109 of human DNMT1 (NP_001370.1) and reacts with human samples.

The antibody is validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation, with one scientific validation image provided. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The target has a molecular weight of 200 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, the reagent is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
