Anti-DNMT1 (acetyl K1127 + K1129 + K1131 + K1133) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognising DNMT1 acetylated at lysines 1127, 1129, 1131 and 1133, distributed by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic acetylated peptide spanning K1127, K1129, K1131 and K1133 of human DNMT1 (NP_001124295.1) and is affinity purified.

Recommended dilutions are 1:50-1:100 for IHC and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, shipped at 4 °C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon receipt with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
