Anti-DNM2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Dynamin 2 (DNM2), supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at a lot-specific concentration in liquid form. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 607–866 of human DNM2 (NP_004936.2). The antibody has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reported molecular weight of the target is 110 kDa.
