Anti-DNM1L Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180769)

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody available through Antibodies.com, raised against DRP1 (the protein encoded by the DNM1L gene). The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and has been shown to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 437-736 of human DRP1 (NP_036192.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target has a reported molecular weight of 78 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western Blot, and 1:50-1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
