Anti-DNM1L Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DRP1 (DNM1L), supplied by Antibodies.com for research use only. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 437–736 of human DRP1 (NP_036192.2), and the target migrates at 78 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. Representative data show detection in PC-12 lysates at 25 µg per lane using a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000 with 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer.
