Anti-DNASE1L1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against Deoxyribonuclease I like 1 (DNASE1L1). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–302 of human DNASE1L1 (NP_006721.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 34 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
