Anti-DNASE1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against DNASE1 and is supplied unconjugated. Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is recombinant full length human DNASE1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DNASE1 protein. The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 31 kDa, and three scientific validation images are available.
