Anti-DNAM-1 (Y325) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DNAM-1, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 293–342 of human DNAM-1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of DNAM-1 protein.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa.
