Anti-DNAL1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DNAL1 is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated, IgG-format reagent suitable for western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry applications.

The antibody is generated in rabbit and recognises DNAL1 in human, mouse and rat samples. It was produced using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 41-190 of human DNAL1 (NP_113615.2), giving a target molecular weight of 22 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
