Anti-DNAJC5 Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against DNAJC5 (also known as CSP). The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–198 of human DNAJC5 (NP_079495.1). Supplied as a liquid with a target molecular weight of 30 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is affinity-purified; concentration is lot specific. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:1,000–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200.

Shipping and storage: the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
