Anti-DNAJC3 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against DNAJC3, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of DNAJC3 protein. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human DNAJC3 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is of the IgG isotype. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 58 kDa, and one scientific validation image is available for the reagent.
