Anti-DNAJC2 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody raised against DNAJC2, supplied by Antibodies.com for use in western blot (WB) and ELISA workflows. The unconjugated IgG reagent shows reactivity with human and mouse samples and is validated for both WB and ELISA.

Immunisation used a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-140 of human DNAJC2, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight is 72 kDa, with a molecular weight of 80 kDa also listed.

For western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:1,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
