Anti-DNAJC15 Antibody

This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically targets DNAJC15, a mitochondrial chaperone of the Hsp40 family also known as MCJ (Methylation-controlled J protein) that negatively regulates complex I activity in the electron transport chain.

The unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl in 1×TBS buffer (pH 7.4) supplemented with 1% BSA and 40% glycerol, with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and shows reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting translational work across in vivo rodent models and patient-derived tissue.
