DNAJC10, also referred to as ERdj5, is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident J-domain co-chaperone that contributes to ER-associated degradation by reducing disulfide bonds in misfolded client glycoproteins. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets DNAJC10 and is validated for Western blot work on murine samples. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG in a vial, it is raised in rabbit and supports studies of ER stress, the unfolded protein response, and protein folding homeostasis. Investigators in cell biology and neuroscience apply this antibody to probe how ERdj5 assists BiP co-chaperone activity and the clearance of misfolded substrates through the ERAD pathway.
