Anti-DNAJB9 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to DNAJB9, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot. The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 24–223 of human DNAJB9 (NP_036460.1) and is affinity purified. It is provided in liquid form, with the reported molecular weight being 25 kDa. The formulation consists of Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Reported reactivity covers mouse and rat samples. For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4 °C and upon arrival should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
