Description
From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DNAJB6 and detects endogenous levels of the protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa. The immunogen used is recombinant full-length human DNAJB6.
