Anti-DNAJB6 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DNAJB6, available from Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 177–326 of human DNAJB6 (NP_490647.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 40 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
