Anti-DNAJB2 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype, raised against DNAJB2. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with human and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human DNAJB2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the DNAJB2 protein, which has an expected molecular weight of approximately 36 kDa. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified using epitope-specific immunogen chromatography to a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
