Anti-DNAJB2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the DNAJB2 chaperone, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com enables detection of endogenous DNAJB2 (also known as HSJ1) in human and rat sample lysates by Western blot. The J-domain co-chaperone participates in protein refolding, ubiquitin ligase recruitment, and clearance of misfolded substrates, and altered DNAJB2 expression has been reported in studies of distal motor neuropathies and Parkinson's disease models. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, as an unconjugated 100 µl aliquot for immunoblotting of cell and tissue extracts.
