Anti-DNAJB14 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets DNAJB14, a member of the DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B14 that is predicted to localise to intracellular and membrane compartments. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target has a reported molecular weight of 42 kDa. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-120 of human DNAJB14 (NP_001026893.1) and purified by affinity chromatography.

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is recommended for Western blotting at a dilution range of 1:1,000-1:4,000, supported by one scientific validation image.
