Anti-DNAJB1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes DNAJB1 (also known as Hsp40), a member of the heat shock protein family. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-340 of human DNAJB1 (NP_006136.1). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated in knockout cells.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reported molecular weight of DNAJB1 is 39 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
