Anti-DNAJA3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DNAJA3, supplied by Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 221–480 of human DNAJA3 (NP_005138.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 52 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested.
