Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DNAJA2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and reacts with human and mouse samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full-length human DNAJA2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DNAJA2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with a molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa.
The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
