Anti-DNAJA2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to DNAJA2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is polyclonal, and is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF applications, with reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 233–412 of human DNAJA2 (NP_005871.1). The target has a predicted molecular weight of 46 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity-purified. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
