Anti-DNA polymerase eta Antibody [5H10]

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal (clone 5H10) reagent directed against DNA polymerase eta. It is supplied as a liquid and is unconjugated, with the IgG1 isotype.

Reactivity is reported for human samples. The antibody was raised against recombinant full length human Pol eta protein bearing a His tag and is purified by ion exchange chromatography to > 90% purity by SDS-PAGE. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline with 50% glycerol; it is filter sterilised, carrier free, and contains no Sodium Azide. The stated concentration is 1 mg/ml.

Validated applications are Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC/IF). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:200–1:1,000 for IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
