Anti-DNA pol ε 2 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit primary antibody targeting DNA pol ε 2, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 144-189 of the human DNA pol ε 2 sequence. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of the DNA pol ε 2 protein.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
