Anti-DNA pol δ 3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DNA pol δ 3 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) applications. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is supplied unconjugated.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 421–466 of human DNA pol δ 3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the DNA pol δ 3 protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
