Anti-DNA pol β (Q324) Antibody

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 301-350 of Human DNA pol ß and detects endogenous levels of DNA pol ß protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa.
