Anti-DNA pol β Antibody

The antibody was produced using recombinant full length Human DNA pol β as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of DNA pol β protein. It is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of ~ 38 kDa.
