Anti-DNA-PKCS (R4090) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against DNA-PKCS at the R4090 region. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 4060–4110 of human DNA-PKCS, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DNA-PKCS protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 450 kDa.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
