Anti-DNA PKcs (FITC)

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a chicken polyclonal antibody that targets DNA PKcs and is supplied directly conjugated to FITC for fluorescence-based detection. The reagent is of the IgY isotype, has been purified by affinity purification, and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide taken within amino acid region 4000–4128 of human DNPK1 protein and is provided as a liquid in a proprietary buffer (pH 7.4–7.8) containing 30% glycerol and 0.5% BSA at a concentration of 0.5 µg/µL. Recommended dilutions from the manufacturer are ELISA 1:10,000, immunoprecipitation 1:200, and western blot 1:500. For fluorescent applications, the FITC label has an excitation of 490 nm and an emission of 525 nm. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, protected from light and with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Listed applications include immunodepletion and immunocompetition.
