Anti-DNA-PKCS Antibody

The unconjugated antibody recognises endogenous levels of DNA-PKCS and is reactive with both human and mouse samples, making it a practical choice for cross-species studies of the DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit. Provided as 50 µl of liquid formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the product is supplied at a working concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL. The antiserum is purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to maximise specificity. For routine handling the vial is shipped at 4°C and, once received, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
