Anti-DNA-PK (Y2052) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com specifically recognizes DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) phosphorylated at tyrosine residue 2052, an autophosphorylation site within the catalytic subunit DNA-PKcs that is activated during the DNA double-strand break repair response and V(D)J recombination.

Supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
