Anti-DNA-PK (phospho-Y2609) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DNA-PK when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 2609. It is unconjugated, validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reactive with human samples. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen and shows a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human DNA-PK around the Tyr2609 phosphorylation site, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of DNA-PK protein only when phosphorylated at that residue. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 450 kDa.

The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
