Anti-DNA Ligase I (E139) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DNA Ligase I, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 110-160 of Human DNA Ligase I, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DNA Ligase I protein. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The observed molecular weight of the target is ~ 102 kDa.
