Anti-DMRTC2 Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human DMRTC2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The apparent molecular weight of the target is approximately 39 kDa, and one scientific validation image is available.

DMRTC2 is a transcription factor with tissue-enriched expression in testis. It is mapped to chromosome 19 (positions 41844743–41852333) under Ensembl identifier ENSG00000142025, and a mouse ortholog (Dmrtc2) has been described.
