Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the DMRTA1 protein and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human DMRTA1, and the affinity-purified antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of DMRTA1 protein, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 53 kDa.
