Anti-DMRTA1 Antibody

The rabbit polyclonal reagent supplied by Antibodies.com recognizes DMRTA1, a DMRT-family transcription factor expressed in proliferating cortical progenitors and in subsets of differentiating neurons during forebrain development. Validated for western blot across human, mouse, and rat sample lysates, the unconjugated antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Each vial contains 100 µl of ready-to-use reagent suitable for standard immunoblotting workflows; dilute in blocking buffer according to experimental requirements.
