Anti-DMPK (R30) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the DMPK (R30) epitope and is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human DMPK and specifically detects endogenous levels of DMPK protein. The antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
