Anti-DMGDH Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of DMGDH, validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples. The unconjugated reagent was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human DMGDH and recognises endogenous levels of total DMGDH protein.

The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg2+ and Ca2+), containing 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Storage guidance: shipped at 4°C, aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
