Anti-DMD Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Dystrophin (DMD) and supplied as an unconjugated liquid. The reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 3414–3666 of human Dystrophin (NP_003997.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 427 kDa. Suggested working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is provided at a lot-specific concentration. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The isotype is IgG.
