Anti-DMAP1 Antibody

Prepared in rabbit as a polyclonal antibody of IgG isotype, it is provided in liquid form and purified by affinity purification. The reported molecular weight is 60 kDa and the concentration is lot specific. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-305 of human DMAP1 (NP_061973.1). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000-1:4,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
