Anti-DLX6 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit as an IgG reagent targeting Dlx6. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 119–293 of human DLX6 (NP_005213.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa, and the recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
