Anti-DLX5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the homeobox protein DLX-5 (DLX5), generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human DLX5 as the immunogen. The antibody is supplied at a 1.0 mg/mL concentration in a 50 µl volume, formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, and containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabilizers. It is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of total DLX5 protein in samples from human, mouse, and rat origin, making it a versatile reagent for cross-species studies. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). For shipping and storage, the vial is dispatched at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
