Anti-DLX3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against an internal peptide of the human DLX3 transcription factor and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated IgG antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total DLX3 and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), making it suitable for studies of odontogenesis-related gene regulation in human and mouse samples. Each vial is shipped at 4°C and, for long-term stability, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
