Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Dlx-5 (E126), validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human Dlx-5, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Dlx-5 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 30 kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
