Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DLST and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of DLST protein.
It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 49 kDa, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
