Anti-DLK1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to DLK1, supplied by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Immunisation used a recombinant fusion protein containing a region corresponding to amino acids 24–303 of human DLK1 (UniProt P80370). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The DLK1 target has a reported molecular weight of 41 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Suggested working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. Representative validation data include a Western blot of cell-line extracts at 1:1,000 dilution with 25 µg of lysate per lane, and IHC on paraffin-embedded rat pancreatic islet at 1:200 (40× lens) following microwave antigen retrieval in 10 mM PBS (pH 7.2). The product is supported by two scientific validation images. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
